Lou began her real estate career in 2014, working in property management with Harcourts Kalamunda – now Choice Property Group. Working within various portfolios managing residential homes and apartments along with commercial and retail asset management.
In 2018 Lou moved into the sales division in Perth’s Western Suburbs working and training alongside industry leaders. Managing boutique agencies with a high volume of transactions and multitude of property class including large scale development projects and historical sales has resulted in Lou acquiring a broad knowledge of the real estate industry.
Having been appointed state Business Operations and Marketing Manager for a global brand supporting all WA offices in the network, Lou has gained a deep understanding of all aspects in the daily running’s of the business.
Joining our team from a similar position overseeing a residential portfolio south of the river where Lou has received multiple state-wide awards recognising the growth and efficiency brought to the agency.
